  1. Returns Eligibility: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@eydenterprises with details of the product and the defect. We will assess the issue and initiate a refund or replacement based on the circumstances.

  3. Wrong Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost or issue a refund upon return of the incorrect item.

  4. Conditions of Return: In the rare event we do decide to accept a return please ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
